DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Silaar LLC ("Silaar," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Silaar API platform (the "Service") to do the same. This policy describes how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Designated Copyright Agent
To submit a takedown notice, contact our designated copyright agent:
Copyright Agent — Silaar LLC
30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States
Email: copyright@silaar.com
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a notice that includes the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it;
- Your contact information, including a full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send notices to the agent above. We will respond to notices that substantially comply with the DMCA requirements.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the District of Wyoming), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, we will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Important Note on Data Source
The Service retrieves and re-transmits publicly available data from global third-party marketplaces. Silaar does not host or store product images, listings, or content on its own servers; it acts as a conduit. If you believe content on a source marketplace infringes your rights, you should also contact that platform directly, as they control the underlying content.
6. False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled through mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
7. Revisions
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
